Duke University was one of the latest academic institutions to make this apparently bold statement. Researchers stated that "the human body is designed to live to be between 120 and 140 years of age." Similar statements were made at quality institutes such as UCLA and Stanford University. If we are designed to live to be that age, why do so very few people actually reach it? There are many factors which come into play when answering this question.

The most impactful ones are: Environmental Toxins. There are 3 new chemicals manufactured in the USA every day. It is estimated that the average person is exposed to 60,000 chemical agents per year, with these numbers expected to increase. Our liver and lymphatic system (often referred to as the "dust bin" of the immune system) are often overloaded. The complex detoxification pathways of the liver are stressed due to the processing of such toxins, along with the lack of specific nutrition. Lack of Proper Nutrition. How many of us heard that "if we just eat right. . . .we would be very healthy and never need to take vitamins." Perhaps this statement was accurate in a different era. Perhaps it is still accurate in different parts of the country. But for most people, the availability and convenience of supermarket foods has replaced healthy, nutrition-laced foods. It is estimated that virtually all minerals, particularly the trace minerals have been stripped from the soil. This in turn means that the foods that are eaten are devoid of such nutrition. Is this the case with all foods?

No. However, it is the rule rather than the exception. Weakening of the Immune System. Why do people get ill? Exposure to viruses? Bacteria? The answer is both yes and no. While we are exposed to such pathogens, our immune system is able to defeat them more often than not. The “gut” constitutes approximately 50% of the immune system. Because of the aforementioned lack of nutrition in many people, this aspect of the immune system is often compromised. For the vast majority of people, if their immune systems were strong, exposure to most pathogens would not be a factor to them. There are many more reasons that would literally constitute a book, perhaps several volumes.

However, the purpose here is to bring awareness and information that can be of positive benefit to people. Here are the areas which, if treated with the proper "work" and respect, has lead to optimal health for many. The first area of focus is the heart. In Eastern medicine, it is often referred to as the "emperor" In various aspects of natural medicine, a goal of treatment is to "push" all illnesses toward the heart, being the most powerful of the organs. In standard medical care, the heart is also given great consideration for obvious reasons. The heart is a muscle that also consists of four "back up systems;" that is, specific glands or aspects of the body which lend support in a special manner. The first of the "back up systems" of the heart is hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is that aspect of the blood which carries oxygen. It is sometimes referred to as the "personality" of the blood, in that it is common to find low hemoglobin levels associated with depression, anxiety and other psychological challenges (though there are other causal reasons for these imbalances also). Hemoglobin is increased by the ingestion of green leafy vegetables in particular. Substances such as Vitamin B12 and in particular Chlorophyll can increase hemoglobin levels.

It is ironic that the structure of Chlorophyll is very similar to hemoglobin! The second of the important backup systems are the adrenal glands. The adrenals are the two walnut shaped glands that are found near the apex (top) of the kidneys. They are responsible for the well-known "flight" mechanism. They are usually the first line of defense against stress and are often weakened (NOT to be confused with diseased) due to overwork, over-worry etc. A common characteristic of adrenal insufficiency is "I'm tired but I don't want to go to sleep" and "I slept 8 or 9+ hours and I'm still exhausted." Foods such as walnuts, celery, eggplant and deep-water fish are very beneficial. The supplement that is pinpoint specific is Vitamin B6 with Niacinamide (different than Niacin) in a 1 to 2 ratio.

A typical dose is 50mg of B6 with 100mg of Niacinamide. The gland that works in concern with the adrenals is the thyroid gland. They often work together in that when on gland is weakened, the other helps with a portion of the function. The thyroid is situated in the throat area and when weakened, can cause or contribute to problems such as obesity, fatigue and depression. There are times when it is in the hyper mode, referred to as hyperthyroidism, which is almost always associated with a trace mineral deficiency (though there certainly may be other causes). The foods for the thyroid are seafood, deep-water fish, miso soup and kelp. The nutrition specific for the thyroid is Organic Iodine NOTE: Those allergic to shellfish or iodine should avoid this formula. The final "back up system" of the heart is the cerebellum.

The cerebellum is a part of the brain that is referred to as the "battery pack" of the brain. It supplies electricity to the brain, along with the right ear. (For information about brain functioning and memory improvement related to the ears, see the works of Dr. A. Tomatis.) The foods specific for this portion of the brain are swordfish, orange roughy, trout, walnuts and cauliflower. The nutrition is Ribonucleic acid or RNA. When the back up systems are functioning are optimal levels, the heart is almost always at optimal levels. This is the arguably the greatest key to health and longevity. PART 2. If the heart is the greatest key to longevity, the endocrine (hormonal) system is a close second. The endocrine system is somewhat similar to dominos in that one gland has an impact – directly or indirectly, on all. The key to the health of the endocrine system is two-fold. The first is human growth hormone and the second is the lymphatic system. Much has been written about regarding Human Growth Hormone or hGH. For detailed information on the finest formula on the market, go to www.hghplus.net.

There are many modes to choose from in terms of hGH elevation. When choosing a formula that is right for you, ask yourself the following: Is the formula proven safe? Is the formula proven effective? Does it have a track record or it jump on the bandwagon formula? You will find that out of the 40 or so homeopathics hGH and precursors and hGH releasers, less than 20% can answer any of the above. Less than 10% can address all of the above. Along with growth hormone, another major key is the health of the lymphatic system. The work of Gaston Naessens, a brilliant research biologist from Canada. Naessens discovered what he called “somatids” in the blood. Somatids, a Greek word meaning "tiny body" was defined as the link between energy and matter. Precursors of DNA. They follow a specific cycle in a healthy person, consisting of 3 stages. This is called the microcycle.

When a person starts the disease process which can begin years before they experience any symptoms or are diagnosed with a disease (research indicates that diseases such as Alzheimer's may in fact, begin 30 years prior to symptoms). This pathological cycle, called with macrocycle, constitutes 13 additional stages. The higher the number, the greater the pathology. The key in maintaining a healthy lympathic system and a HUGE key in longevity is keeping the somatids in their microcycle. How? Quality food, exercise, hormonal balancing and the use of Royal Jelly. Royal Jelly is made from the secretion of the queen bee. It contains many of the B vitamins and is used to strengthen the immune system and increase blood count. It also is a key to health and longevity. SUMMARY In summary, there are many, many factors involved with longevity.

Some we have not even mentioned such as spirituality, loving relationships, stress reduction, job satisfaction and a host of others. There are countless books, videos, seminars and more on the subject. The material contained within this report is not nearly as common, but is just as important. Remember, focus on the heart and the 4 back ups (adrenals, thyroid, hemoglobin and cerebellum), hormonal balancing (Hgh Plus™) and lymphatic system support with Royal Jelly.

We wish you the greatest of health and happiness. Staff of Dezine Management hGH Diet and Exercise Plan: Supplement to Keys Report We are constantly asked to evaluate diets and those that influence one way or another, hGH levels. Below is a concise, simplified plan. (For greater details, see Natural Hormonal Enhancing by Rob Faigin.) Diet Start the diet with 7 days worth of focusing on protein. Keep carbohydrates at or below 25g.

[Protein does NOT mean red meat exclusively. Beans, legumes and nuts are excellent sources of protein, for example.]

During this time and throughout the entire process, increase water intake. Though this is quite simply and frequently mentioned, it is that important to follow.

Complex carbohydrates are allowed during this times, particularly green vegetables. Oils, particularly cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil are strongly recommended as well. Commentary: We are not advocates of long term, high protein intake such as the Atkins Diet or high fat diets such as The Zone. Although we appreciate the research that has come forth, long-term use of these types of diets may prove to be unhealthy.

During this time, an individual may experience irritability, mood swings and other reactions. This may or may not occur depending upon individual chemistry. If this occurs, the use of Bach Flower Remedies is recommended. At the end of this time frame, follow the 3/4 plan until the desired weight or desired hGH levels are achieved. The 3/4 plan is: Days 1 and 2, follow a higher protein, lower carbohydrate diet. On Day 3, do exactly the opposite – very little protein and fat, high carbohydrate.

Keep the protein intake under 20g during this day. Following this, for the next 3 days, follow the higher protein diet and Day 4, the high carbohydrate diet. Again, do this until the excess weight is gone or hGH levels are optimized. Once the hGH levels and weight are stabilized, a person can modify this diet based upon individual chemistry. Instead of a 3/4 diet, most people will find a 1/1 diet most effective; that is, Day 1, lean toward protein. Day 2, lean toward carbohydrates . . . . .etc.

Commentary: The 1/1 diet may need to be adjusted to 1/2 or 1/3, depending upon one’s system. Because we are all so unique, it is impossible to have a “one-size-fits-all” approach in any facet of medicine or nutrition. This diet is very complete and can lead to a thorough balancing of the hormonal system. It is also an excellent weight reduction or stabilization way of eating – not only hGH, but also other hormones can balance as well. In addition, you will find that sugar cravings, a major problem for many, are eliminated. Supplements In addition to Dr. Orman's formula, one should look at adding the following supplements to his/her diet:

DHA or Flax seed oil Magnesium lactate or orotate Chromium picolinate or nicotinate

Exercise There are as many exercise regimens are there are diets. The best exercise is the one that you will follow diligently. There are 2 keys to exercise: Duration Intensity The “good news” is that the duration of exercise should be no more than one hour. In fact, research has shown that 40-45 minutes is the optimal time to achieve quality hGH release. Release can occur in less time, but drops off dramatically after one hour. Commentary: Keep exercise in the 40-45 minute range.

You may need to build up to this time block, but in general, the short and more efficient, and the healthier. The second key is to be certain that the intensity of your exercise program is significant. If you were lifting weights for example, you would be better off with heavier weights but lower sets and repetitions. 2 sets of 4 repetitions with 85% of your maximum. This approach is known to trigger significant hGH release.

The high repetition, low weight approach is ineffective for this purpose. Commentary: Low reps, heavier weights done correctly (with good form) will trigger hGH release. Again, build up to this. It is difficult if you have not utilized this approach but the results are worth it. In addition to using the premiere hGH releasing formula, diet, supportive supplements and exercise can assist you in optimizing your levels of human growth hormone.
