Here
are some Health Tips to keep in mind:
The
substance that continually shows up as being a powerful,
effective performance enhancer -- mobilizing the CNS,
boosting fat oxidation and increasing muscle contraction
capacity is caffeine.
In
one of the most controversial exercise studies noted,
the American Journal of Physiology Endocrinology Metabolism,
Sept. 19, 2006 reported that spot reducing works.
Danish researchers measured changes in fat loss in
working muscles and fat tissue around inactive muscles.
The former group had significant reduction in adipose
tissue while the latter was neural.
Looking
to reduce fat? Add seaweed to your diet. Test subjects
lost on average 5-10% of bodyweight after adding various
seaweeds to soups, salads etc., particular brown seaweed.
Increasing
protein intake can prevent weight gain after a dieting
program. The #1 issue with weight is the so-called
"yo-yo dieting." Increasing protein by 30-59gt,
a modest amount can suppress hunger and boost metabolism.
Low
calorie diets suppress the function of the thyroid
and thus slow metabolism.
